How we collect reviews

Reviewed by , Co-founder & CEO of Draftbit

Draftbit Reviews is an official Draftbit property. Every testimonial published here comes from a verified Draftbit customer. We don't write reviews on behalf of customers, we don't edit their words, and we don't offer incentives that depend on positive sentiment.

Where the reviews come from

We use Senja, a third-party testimonial collection service, to invite customers to share their experience. Senja verifies each submission by capturing the customer's name, email, role, and (optionally) a recorded video before it reaches us. We pull these reviews via Senja's REST API at build time and publish only those the customer has approved for public display.

What we publish

  • The reviewer's name, role, and company (as they provided it).
  • The full review text, unedited, with original date.
  • The star rating, if provided.
  • Video reviews when available, with transcripts.

What we don't do

  • We don't edit reviews for tone, grammar, or sentiment.
  • We don't use AI to generate, rewrite, or augment review content.

How to verify a review

Many reviewers link their LinkedIn or company profile so you can confirm they're real people. If you spot something that looks off, email help@draftbit.com and we'll investigate within 48 hours.

Transparency note

Draftbit Reviews is operated by Draftbit, Inc. We're transparent about that here, in our footer, and in our WHOIS. We believe the strongest way to earn your trust is to publish what real customers say without filtering — and to be honest that we own the venue where we publish it.
